On the Participant Dashboard, click on “Training” (left hand menu) and go through the following three areas as under:

Beginner: Go through the “Welcome to Capsim 2.0” and “How to Run Your Company” videos and do the short quiz that follows it.

Intermediate: This is a hands-on approach to the simulation decision areas in the Capstone 2.0 Interface. It will show you how to use the interface to make “what-if” decisions. Here, you have an opportunity to take the decisions of Product revisions, Price setting, Forecasting, Production Scheduling, Capacity Planning and Financing.

Advanced: Participants learn to review the Capstone 2.0 Report, a report that shows how a company performed against competitors. This will also guide you through the common workflow within the simulation and help you conduct a competitive analysis of the various customer segments and competitors in the simulation.

Furthermore, kindly ensure the completion of the Human Resources (HR) and Total Quality Management (TQM) guide provided herein for future reference.

Additionally, Download and read the pdf “User Guide” under the Help and Support link on the top of the screen. The Guide will be useful throughout the simulation.
